PUBLIC INVITED TO THE NEXT DETROIT LOCAL EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING IN SOUTHWEST DETROIT APRIL 19
The public is invited to the next Detroit Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Meeting on Tuesday, April 19, at 5:30PM at Marathon Petroleum Company, 1001 S. Oakwood Boulevard. This will be a hybrid meeting in which participants can attend in person or call 313-596-8804 to receive a link to attend the meeting virtually. This meeting will include a presentation for residents on the purpose of the LEPC.
The Detroit LEPC is a public-private partnership that supports hazardous materials reporting, promotes openness, and supports the public's right to know about hazardous materials in the community. The meetings involve brief reports on any emissions issues since the last meeting and provide an opportunity for public comment.
