The Detroit Supply Schedule Program establishes long-term indefinite delivery indefinite quantity city-wide contracts with commercial firms for a wide range of goods and services to meet the demands of Detroit agencies and service delivery to the citizens of Detroit. Janitorial/Custodial Services Request for Qualifications (RFQQ) is to meet demands for a broad range of services related to facilities services.
The Services include, but are not limited to the Electrical, Roofing, Plumbing, Elevator, Building Management, Heating and Cooling, HVAC Systems, Painting Services from licensed, bonded, and qualified Skilled Trads Companies and General Contractors to assisted the various City of Detroit Facilities.
The purpose of this Facilities Management and Skilled Trades Request for Qualifications is to enable the City of Detroit and other municipal jurisdictions to meet demands for a broad range of services from licensed, bonded, and qualified firms and businesses providing facilities maintenance and skilled trade services for various facilities located in the City of Detroit:
