Summary of the proposed signage: Install a 2.9 ft. x 8.3 ft (24 sq. ft.) 22 ft. tall internally illuminated pole sign replacing the existing one on Grand River Ave. 

Summary of the waiver request and the extent to which the sign does not meet the regulations: A waiver is requested to exceed the standards of Sec. 4-4-40(d) to permit a pole sign 46% (7 ft.) taller than the 15 sq. ft. permitted and from Sec. 4-4-40(c) to permit a pole sign 21% (24.29 sq ft.) larger than the 20 sq. ft. permitted.
