3rd Annual Pull Up Project - Community Fall Harvest

The Pull Up Project, the Detroit Health Department's Ending the HIV Epidemic program, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and their community health partners are hosting a day of food, fun and free health services for the Palmer Park community. The following services will be available: 

• HIV/STI screening
• Harm reduction and syringe services program
• Health & wellness screening
• Mental wellness services
• Sexual health education and supplies
• And much more!
